All pricing is based on annual contracts, and includes a mix of security, updates, backups, content work, and web design/changes. Starter is geared towards simple updating and content work, while Pro and Digital Strategy packages include significant content work and local promotion if applicable.

What if I’m not a client and I would like to talk with you about one-off or emergency work?

Monthly package clients have priority in the production queue, followed by existing clients with one-off or emergency work.

I have a limited number of open hours available for new client one-off work. If your updates are under 5 hours of work I may be able to fit you into the schedule – please contact for more information.

I’m not a client but I have an emergency and you came recommended. Can you help me?

Emergency work for non-clients takes place in out-of-business hours as I am available, or I may be able to project manage other resources to assist you. That work charges out at time-and-a-half regular rates of $85/hr – $127.50, minimum 3 hours paid in advance. I am one of only a few designers that offers this service.
